I am a Forrest Yoga teacher and a GP. Over the last 15 years I have practiced many types of yoga. I completed a teacher training in Sivananda yoga in 2008 and Forrest in 2013. With this I have found my yoga home - in the Breath Strength Integrity and Spirit of Forrest Yoga. Designed for the problems of our modern day lifestyle it is open to anyone, anatomically specific and intelligently sequenced. As such it sits perfectly with my work as a doctor- to support people in their journey to physical and psychological wellness. As well as teaching my regular weekly classes I am also available for one on one sessions to focus on specific injuries or ailments.
