If you are gluten intolerant or know someone who is gluten intolerant and want to perfect the art of gluten-free baking this is the ideal course for you. This workshop includes hands on practical experience in the kitchen to ensure you can reproduce these recipes at home, time after time.
You will learn how to make mouthwatering cakes (Orange and Coconut Polenta loaf, Chocolate and Pear) and savoury tarts (Mushroom and Leek tart, Potatoes and Rosemary) - all out of the oven in time for our tea break!
All recipes on this course are also dairy and yeast free. Other food allergies/intolerances can be accommodated - please tell us about them when you book.
Classes last for about 3-4 hours. Please bring an apron and notebook. Ingredients and utensils will be provided.
