If you are gluten intolerant or know someone who is gluten intolerant and want to learn how to make delicious fresh pasta this is the ideal course for you. This workshop class includes hands on practical experience in the kitchen to ensure you can reproduce these recipes at home, time after time.
You will learn how to make potato gnocchi and mushrooms ravioli – all ready in time for our lunch break!
All recipes on this course are also dairy and yeast free. Other food allergies/intolerances can be accommodated - please tell us about them when you book.
Classes last for about 3-4 hours. Please bring an apron and notebook. Ingredients and utensils will be provided.

I had a lovely one to one session with Elvira, got lots of tips on how to make her delicious gluten free pasta and plenty of opportunities to ask questions. A very practical session too, plus we ate our pasta at the end! Cannot recommend enough:))
