UWF sessions are designed to bring you away from monotony and repetition and, instead, guide you closer to the ever changing landscapes
At UWF every season brings with it a new set of challenges for all levels, but also a new set of unique experiences for you to enjoy as part of the Urban Women Fitness community
Using no special equipment, at UWF every season has its own fitness focus, from flexibility to strength and from beach body to cardio. This guarantees an all round fitness and toning for your whole body.
Your 1 year whole body fitness plan is designed in 4 flexible sections, each of 3 months, which correspond to the 4 seasons of the year:
Summer Urban Chi-Energy Flex
Autumn Urban Team Connect
Winter Urban Cardio Conditioning
Spring Urban Beach Body
You can sign up for multiple seasons or just 1
Urban Women Fitness session are highly individualized and there are no more than 10 women in each group,
lead by Head Personal Trainer and a Personal Assistance Coach
Seasons are 12 weeks long and you can join anytime you wish
If you are not happy with your first session you can ask for your money back, no questions asked.
In case of no show or less than 24 hours cancellation you have 2 weeks to reschedule and have the session alternatively the session is lost and non refundable.
In case of health problems please let us asap at least 24 hours before the session if you feel unwell.
