Come and watch one of Master Michael Tse's classes in action. Master Tse teaches weekly classes in Traditional Chinese Martial Arts and Qigong. Teaching is of the highest standards and all classes have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It is free to come along and watch a class for one time. WING CHUN KUNG FU
An exciting and effective Chinese Martial Art, ideal for practical self defence. Wing Chun does not rely on strength, allowing a smaller person to overcome a larger stronger opponent using skill and technique.
CHUN YUEN QUAN
This Northern Shaolin Kung Fu is good for developing fitness and coordination. The forms include weapon training of staff, spear, broadsword, straight sword, nine section whip as well as bare handed forms.
The original style of Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan). Although widely known as a health exercise, Taijiquan is in fact a very powerful martial art skill which was created for self defence. Classes include pushing hands (Tui Shou) training.
