I teach a weekly hatha yoga class to relax and re-vitalise from 12:45 pm on a Monday in Park Street in Borough Market. The class has a flowing style with a focus on alignment in postures and movement, safety and breath awareness, aiming to help students on their own path of yoga.
The class is suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience.
We have mats, props and equipement so you don’t need to bring anything aside from yourself!
