London Guided Walk with Hazel
Where: Charing Cross Station (outside Paul Patisserie, 11 The Strand)
When: Easter Monday 21st April, 11am
Covent Garden and Soho were very different places in Victorian times.
The age of improvement is upon us. On this Easter Monday walk I will highlight Dickensian landmarks in the area, including places that Charles Dickens frequented and the areas that he wrote about.
You don't need to have any knowledge of Dickens or Sherlock Holmes to enjoy this walk. It should be a fun, relaxing walk. I lived in Covent Garden for 5 years and have a few stories of my own to share!
We start at Charing Cross station and end at Piccadilly Circus. The terrain is relatively flat but there are steps and a number of stairs and so not suitable for the less able.
Explore with me a lost Victorian London on this 90 mins walk. There will also be a post walk drinks option. Feel free to bring friends or come on your own. Look for our Look at London Walks sign.
