This is a regular weekly mixed ability class in kundalini yoga. All are welcome.
The class has been running for some years now and has a mixture of long-term regulars and newbies, so it's a great way to connect with other yogis. The venue is spacious, with plenty of mats, blocks and blankets provided, and is very relaxed.
See you soon for some kundalini yoga magic – posture, mantra, breathwork, meditation, relaxation – to discover and experience your true self, and release the blocks that keep you from your joy and ease of being.
It is accessible from Southfields tube station (District Line) or Wandsworth Town rail station. The buses 39 and 156 stop opposite the Gurdwara. It is on a residential road and is easy to park there.
You will enter the door to the kitchen, which faces on to the road, through to the yoga space behind it.
Just come along and pay on the day. The price is £7.50 / £10
I share this class with another kundalini yoga teacher, and friend – Siri Jot Kaur – we alternate Mondays. Ten per cent of all takings from this class is donated to the Guru Ram Das Project.
This was my first class with Hanna. She was welcoming, explained the exercises well, and was supportive throughout the practice. She is clearly very enthusiastic about Kundalini Yoga and committed to offering a good experience to her students. I look forward to the next class.
I'm a complete beginner and this was my first Kundalini yoga class. It is a small class, which I prefer. Hanna was patient and adjusted the movements to suit our level of ability. I enjoyed the class, felt like I worked my entitle body, inside and out!
