This weekly drop-in class is suitable for all levels - from beginners to more experienced practitioners. From week to week, we will explore various aspects of mindfulness practice, including some breathing work, mindful movement including walking, sitting meditation, and mindful speaking/listening. Being mindful means fully experiencing and living in the present moment, and allowing things to be exactly as they are right now. This helps us to be calmer, more in touch with life, more empathetic, and happier.
