Learn how to make real bread from scratch, from mixing and kneading to baking. The course covers basic tin loaves, rustic brown cobs, mediterranean fougasse and focaccia flatbreads, and an introduction to sourdough. We will also bake a sweet treat such as Chelsea buns. The course runs for 6 hours and includes a home-made lunch, tea and coffee, recipe handouts, and some sourdough starter, and you can take home everything you bake on the day, unless you eat it first!
If you cancel a booking a cancellation fee is chargeable, unless we can find someone to take your place. For cancellations between 4 and 2 weeks this is 50%, for 0 to 2 weeks this is 100%. If we have to cancel a course for any reason then we will give you at least 1 week’s notice and issue you a full refund.
