This class teaches an original technique to create a light airy dough that works particularly well with a sticky Sweet Dough. In this class you will learn to make some irresistible Doughnuts, Pain Viennoise and go on to make a Focaccia Dough, creating a wonderful unusual sweet and fruity Focaccia that is an ideal accompaniment with cheeses.

Saturday morning baking and breadmaking classes start at 11am and last approx 4 hours, finishing with a feast of the freshly baked bread, delicious hams, cheese and wine – or, if you prefer, we can teach you in your own kitchen.
Cookery classes are small, friendly and fun. We make sure everyone receives individual attention and leaves the bakery class feeling inspired and confident to share their new recipes and cooking skills with friends and family.
